Powerful, Endurable, inexpensive, Lightweight sanding tool
It is a powerful, endurable lightweight sanding machine with variable speed for a medium wood repaint project. I need to work in vertical direction for two thirds of sanding. So, lightweight and easy to hold in controllable vibration would play a critical role. I addition, this machine comes with many different grades of sanding papers. It deserves five-star in terms of functionality, quality, ease of use, although made in China.

Budget friendly!
The Jellas 5-Inch Random Orbital Sander was a very cool find. I only refinish a table every few years, so I didn’t need anything fancy, and this inexpensive sander was exactly what I was looking for. It’s loud—definitely use ear protection—but I wore noise-canceling earbuds and worked outside with no problem. For occasional use, this budget-friendly sander is perfect.

Working as expected. Was able to sand 4 2x8s and 6 2x5s. Be sure to order replacement sand pads.
I didn’t get any Instructions on how to use the thing and I didn’t get any memory card as described. Wouldn’t know where to install it anyway because, again, There’s no Instructions. I am thinking on returning it . –

Dust bag missing
It’s now May 13 and still waiting for the missing dustbag. This is a nice sander, but I made the mistake of not opening the box the day it arrived, April 4, to ensure everything was in the box. Finally, after about two weeks I needed the sander for one of my in-home remodeling projects and so at that time opened the box for the first time, and low and behold, the dust bag was not included. Apparently forgotten by the mfg. Boy, did I feel stupid. I’m 69 and been buying power tools for 50 years and never had this sort of thing happen before, so never thought to open and check the contents of the box. I didn’t want to hold up my project so contacted the mfg. asking that they please send one to me and that I’d get by in the meantime without it. Thanks to Covid, I still have plenty of paper face masks and wore one while sanding the patching material on the walls. Followed by lots of vacuuming and dusting afterward. Have not heard back from the mfg. yet, today is April 30, but still hoping that I do. Like I said, it’s a good sander, just don’t make the mistake I did by waiting to open the box to make sure that everything that’s supposed to be included, is.

Great Sander
I was painting my kitchen and I had been using a battery orbital sander but kept needing to change out the batteries every 15 minutes so I got this one to help eliminate the battery changing and constant charging. This seemed more powerful than my battery powered one and also much more time efficient! I could not get into the crevices of the cabinet doors with this due to the circular design and used my Dremel sander to help fine tune my sanding process. I added an extra sanding sponge pad to the disk to help make it go over the curves of the cabinet doors and it was great! I only used it up to speed 3 because I did not want swirls in the door fronts as sometimes happens if you hold it in one spot for too long. I also bought some of the new mesh sanding disks and had this hooked up to a shop vac to suck the dust away, so I cant speak to the dust collection part and how well the bag held the dust. The only other thing I think would be great to have is some kind of handle on the other side of the sander to help hold it. I have small hands and trying to maneuver this around some of the curves and corners was a little awkward at times. Thus the 4 stars on maneuverability.I have other home projects that I am anxious to get started on now that I have this reliable little sander! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if something happens to this one!
