Turd Teleportation Vessel
Ok, based on the other reviews, I am assuming that I am the first “real” review. Here goes! This toilet does 95% of exactly what it says, and I can tolerate the rest. It was the easiest toilet base that I have ever installed. The seat is warm and “inviting” to your little tush. The water is warm and the dryer is fabulous!Now for the cons. The bidet tube falls a little short. The first time I tried it, it only hit the “pencil holder”. I learned to scoot back about an inch when I am done and use the female part button. Now it’s like pressure washing the starfish❣️Also, the floor sensor struggles a little with darker colors. I would rather that than have it open every time I walk in.It mentions a separate battery, but that actually comes with the toilet so you don’t have to buy anything else.I’m hoping the manufacturer will sponsor me on my second one in exchange for a discount. I will make a fabulous installation video to go with it.THIS TOILET ISN’T A FLUSH, IT’S AN EXPERIENCE!

Splashy water on the seat and cover
It is pretty but bidet isn’t. Water gets everywhere in the back on the toilet. Couldn’t figure out how to fix that. Everything else is good for the price.

It’s ok but there are better ones available
Bought this toilet because it matched my new bathroom makeover but it’s not as nice as the bidet toilet I purchase on this sight 3 years ago. The remote doesn’t work as well and it’s not a double flush. I should have done my research prior to purchasing. It’ll work for now but I sure wish I had he same make and model bidet I had before this one.

Change your water service valve behind toilet
We had medium expectations with this toilet. The electronics are good and the washing wand and warm seat are fine. Make sure you install the valve that comes with it versus trying to utilize what is probably a 3/8 compression valve. This toilet needs strong water flow. When you have that it flushes very well. I made the mistake the first time and was disappointed. The plastic foil where the flush button on the toilet is peeling. Time for some superglue. Happy with this product.

Harsh to work, no instructions
First the seat quit working halfway. Heated water never did work. Then the sprayer only came down every other time. It stopped flushing within 30 days. Had to keep a bucket of water close by. Customer service only responded when we amazon involved. The replacement seat wasn’t much better. Tried to reach out to customer service and still no response. It leaking from behind the toilet. Decided to throw it away. No more smart toilets for me

Beautiful to look at but fails to function as designed.
I so wanted to love this toilet and the many glowing reviews had me optimistic. But I just don’t understand how it’s as highly rated as it is. Aesthetically it gets top marks, it looks beautiful. Functionally not so much though. All of the rinse and dry features are inadequate at best. There’s not enough movement and the controls are very difficult to figure out, even with the provided instructions. Where it really fails however is just in functionality of the flush. Even a moderate amount of waste it has a hard time flushing. It will sometimes take two or three times to get it to flush completely and there’s even been a time or two where we’ve had to go in and physically help it. Also while I understand that the concept is to not have to use any paper at all some people are not keen on that idea or sometimes you just need a little bit of paper in addition to the bidet function and any paper at all will fail to get flushed. It’s not a question of water pressure, I did use the supplied valve and the flow rate from the house is more than adequate. It’s just a poor design with very poor flushing power. It’s actually not a true flush in the sense of the word, it’s just a jet of water siphoning the waste out of the bowl, not sufficient for any moderate to significant amount of waste and useless if there’s any toilet paper involved whatsoever. Clearly it was made to a price but the problem is if it’s not functional now I’m actually just going to have to change it out for a different unit having wasted money on this one. Hoping that I would change my mind or that it would get better after it’s settled in a bit I waited a couple months before writing this review or deciding that it’s just not working out but now that leaves me with no options as far as return so I’ll just have to scrap it and get a better unit. Too bad, I really wanted to love this unit and for it to work right.
