Absolutely love this wine & beverage fridge. It arrived in perfect condition, installation was easy, and it works flawlessly. The black finish looks sleek and modern, and the LED lights give it a premium look. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and holds plenty of drinks and wine bottles. The dual zones keep drinks and wine at perfect temperatures. Fits perfectly under the counter and feels very well built. The shelves feel sturdy and high quality. Great purchase. Super spacious and modern looking. Loved the price! We looked several places, and this was at least $400 cheaper than anything similar. No noise, keeps drinks cool without freezing them, and the light feature is great for night time.Love that it has a side for bottled or canned drinks, AND a side for wine. Would definitely purchase again!

Second time purchasing a beverage fridge from this company. Little to no noise, no temperature issues, sturdy and reliable. My second one did arrive with damage during transit, reached out to the company and my issue was resolved within such a short time!Overall the fridge is the best, and their customer service is even better.

Came broken, no customer service via amazon or the manufacturer.
We bought the fridge back in October of 2025. It’s a nice-looking fridge and holds a lot of beverages; however, the door came broken. In the corner where the hinge sits is a plastic part that holds the door pin. It was broken when we opened the box, and the door was hanging off the fridge. I messaged the seller a couple of times and have yet to hear back. I was able to use cement glue and duct tape to secure it and use it because they would not accept a return, which was the only way for me to request a replacement door. It works fine, but it looks junky in our new bar. Note there is no customer service!!! I would NOT buy from this seller or manufacturer. I have also tried to contact the manufacturer via their website, but there is no way to contact them.

Rough shipping but good refrigerator
Shipping was a little rough on the first go, looked like it fell off the truck and the FedEx guy told me to refuse the shipment which I did. The problem was it took me calling Amazon to finally get my refund over a month later.Refrigerator it’s self is very quiet you don’t really even notice it running. See attached picture but it does run warmer than advertised. With it fully stocked running between 36.9 and 40.1 with the average at 38.5, this is temp set at 37. But drinks seem cold. Looks good and seems to be well built. I would buy another if needed

I absolutely cannot believe the AMAZINGLY AWESOME customer service responses I received from Amazon on Velivi. There was an issue with my fridge, and the team handling it was absolutely stellar! Thank you Velivi and especially Sofia who handled my case with extreme professionalism! Oh, and the fridge is awesome and just as advertised. It’s definitely added even more pizzazz to our newly renovated kitchen/dining room!

Nice looking but way noisier than I expected. This fridge vibrates like hell so if you like hearing loud humming g noise on entire floor of your house, if not keep it in garage like I have.
