weak 3D printed plastic prone to breakage
Not very strong, it snapped like a twig four times in a week until it was useless. The adapter connected my Metabo chop saw to a Stanley shop vac with a perfect snug fit. I am constantly cutting 45 degree miters, switching back and forth from left to right. Just a little tension from pulling the ribbed vacuum hose across the edge of the table snapped the edge of the adapter on the saw side clean off. You can tell its 3D printed because it snapped thin rings off each time shortening the cylinder until there was nothing left to hold on the the dust port.

Finally someone has made an adapter for your compound miter saw to allow you to connect to your shop vac. I never use again my saw without my shop vac being connected. I’m guesstimating, but I’d say it reduces the extraneous sawdust by approximately 95% or higher. It makes cleanup a lot easier. And a cleaner work area is a safer work area. I would definitely by this product again.

Solid product
Fits my model perfectly and doesn’t slip off in use like others I’ve tried. I wanted it to be a little bit smoother in the finish but that’s more of a cosmetic preference. Very good product!

3D printed material shattered and came apart like a slinky.
Fits fine but I barely bumped my green 2 1/2 with a clamp and the 3D printed material shattered and came apart like a slinky. Do not buy this.

Works on my hitachi miter saw
Fits my hitachi miter saw. Nice and snug. Doesn’t seem brittle either.
