Received package a day ahead of schedule. Box in great condition. Only part is I had to sign for it. If it was shipped in a regular box and not the product showing I may not have to be home to sign for it. Or is was the 2500 price tag! Product works awesome the Bluetooth feature is cool! Purchased pro-press because i could not find one to rent. I am sure I will be using it in the future! Great tool quality is what was expected from spending 2500$. No problems with 1 1/4 in copper… pressed just as easy as 1/2 in

I really love this pro press tool. It has made my installs and life a whole lot easier. It came with all the sizes I need for what I do. 1/2 to 1-1/4. I have absolutely have nothing bad to say about this product it has been a godsend. I highly recommend it to other plumbers or DIY home owners.
