I’ve been using this HAPPRUN projector for a few days and it really exceeded my expectations. The image quality is the first thing that stood out. It is bright, sharp, and colorful. Even during the day with lights on, the picture is still very clear, and in a dark room it looks like a proper home theater setup. The colors feel natural and the contrast is great, especially when watching movies with darker scenes. You can tell it’s well-calibrated out of the box, because I didn’t need to tweak any settings to get a nice, balanced picture.The auto focus is super convenient and locks in quickly, so I don’t have to spend time adjusting it manually. The auto keystone correction also works surprisingly well and keeps the image perfectly rectangular even if the projector isn’t placed directly in front of the wall. I like that it’s a true smart projector too. I downloaded Netflix and YouTube directly and could start streaming right away without needing another device. When I do want to connect my laptop or console, the HDMI connection works smoothly.The sound quality is solid and clear, enough for a small or medium room, though I sometimes connect my Bluetooth speaker for a fuller effect. It’s also great that it can mirror my phone when I want to show something quickly. The image quality is genuinely good—bright enough for our indoor movie nights, clear and sharp once I gave the unit a moment to settle.
