This review is actually for the Ceramic Oura Ring-“Tide” color-size 8-I bought the “Petal” Ceramic Ring size 7 ( last month) but could not get it to connect at all so I returned it-I tried again this month with the “Tide” Ceramic Ring-it connected easily and set up was a breeze. I have worn the ring for 6 days now after fully charging it last Wednesday when it arrived-I am impressed with battery life because after 6 days it reached 37% so I put it on the charger/it charged rather quickly -less than an hour. So far I am really pleased with this Oura Ring-I tried a couple different ring covers but just didn’t like them and so far-no scratches-I’ve done normal things-washed dishes-vacuumed-laundry etc. I mostly got it for my sleep and I must say I am amazed at the way it breaks down your sleep-quality-deep-REM-I believe it is quite accurate as I usually wake up every 2-3 hours. It also has a setting to detect sleep apnea as well as your lowest/highest resting heart rate-There are other settings for activity-calories burned-steps-workouts. Some people may have to get used to wearing it as at first it felt a little bulky but after 6 days I find it quite comfortable-the Oura Ring app is easy to navigate as well.

Like a Apple Watch for your finger
I got this from my friend for Christmas and she loves it. She likes how it tracks. Everything in the fit fits pretty good. She can use it on her ring finger or middle finger. The color is also really pretty the battery. Life is pretty good at last like a couple weeks I think the only thing is that sometimes her fingers swell up around it so she has to take it off.

Ring stopped working within 2 weeks and pretty much impossible to get customer support.
The ring looked great, worked well for about 2 weeks but then wouldnt charge. Oura support started with ai and after that did not help, put me in a waiting line that at first said 18 minutes and kept creeping up and after 15 minutes, said it would be another 75 minutes. Disappointed, but see no option except return. Charger stopped working within 2 weeks and it is essentially impossible to get customer support.

Konnte es nicht wirklich nutzen. Das Sizing Kit fällt kleiner aus, als der echte Ring. Der wirklich sehr minimale Unterschied war leider schon zu groß. Muss mit wohl doch die kleinere Größe holen.Ansonsten sah die App ganz schön aus, blöd nur mit dem Abonnement
