Really pretty edition
I am huge Zelda fan and have been since the 2000s. Admittedly, I kind of got away from the titles after Twilight Princess. Mainly, because I couldn’t afford a switch. I finally scraped together some money for one and I’m glad I did. this switch is really pretty. I didn’t get ToTK yet because I am behind on a few Zelda’s. I’m starting with BoTW at the moment and I’m enjoying it a lot. These modern Zelda titles are very different, but I still enjoy it a lot.

Reviews made me hesitant but impulse won
Reading the reviews made me scared but my impulse on the last day of Amazon Prime day won. I’m overall extremely happy. Brand new and delivered within the expected timeframe despite the massive internet outage. Only complaint I have is more of to blame on the outage and prime day. It took 5 days for the product to ship so when I didn’t get shipping updates, I was concerned. But it still got here in Amazon’s expected time. Works amazing and looks beautiful.To reference some reviews I read:1. I knew the game didn’t come with. The description specified that.2. I got the NA version instead of the international, thankfully.3. It was indeed LoZ instead of the Mario collab.4. It was brand new as listed. When I went to look back at this listing a couple days after ordering, it listed as the only ones left were used-very good condition. I’m not saying the previous reviews are lying but reading the entire listing/details is essential. Amazon is pretty good about making sure to have it SOMEWHERE in the listing.Anyway, I’m super happy with my impulse buy. Hope this helps some of y’all that scan reviews before buying like I do!

Para todo fan de Zelda
La consola es hermosa y no he tenido problema hasta ahora con ninguna actualización o drift en los controles, pero tampoco es que la use todos los días.El diseño pudo ser mejor, pero al no tener más opciones para elegir con temática de zelda pues por eso elegí esta sobre otros modelos Oled.En su momento me salió muy cara, pero yo la quería por colección, así que ahora la veo más acorde al presupuesto de mucha gente ya que ha bajado mucho. Si no tienes Oled o algún modelo del Switch 1 es una gran opción. Más si eres fan de zelda, ya que por ahora considero que es mejor ahorrar más e irse por un Switch 2Al ser color blanco si es recomendable ponerle algún protector acrílico por que los rayones pueden ser muy notorios, incluso yo le compre una vitrina con luces Led para protegerla del polvo y tenerla expuesta.

I never owned a switch before so it is hard for me to comment in regards to past models. However, I found this to be a great console. I was a bit disappointed that it did not come with a copy of the Tears of the Kingdom at first. However I realize now it is quite a large game, and I can understand why it was not included. This is a nice looking unit, I am happy with the battery life which is probably an easy 10-12 hrs. I keep airplane mode on as much as possible, as I find the internet connection a hard drain on the battery. There is a bit of wiggle between the controllers and the screen itself, nothing too bad, I expect this is because the controllers are detachable. All in all, a good console.
