Stylish, Smart, and Space-Saving!
We’ve been dreaming of upgrading our kitchen for a while now, but finding the right appliance that would be both functional and stylish was no small feat. When we stumbled upon this model, we were drawn to its sleek, slim design and smart features, hoping it would be the perfect fit for our busy home. It has completely exceeded our expectations and brought a new level of convenience to our cooking routine.First, the slim body design is such a smart feature. It frees up overhead space and makes room for our cabinets, giving our kitchen a much more open feel. We’re able to store more essentials nearby, which keeps everything within easy reach. Beyond just looking good, it’s surprisingly quiet. Our old appliance was loud enough that we had to speak up while it was running; with this one, the noise is minimal—we hardly notice it’s on!What truly sets this appliance apart is its smart functionality. We’re always juggling tasks while cooking, so being able to control it remotely with the SmartHome app has been a lifesaver. The voice control feature lets us make adjustments without even touching a button, which is perfect when our hands are full. Plus, it sends notifications when it finishes, so I can keep an eye on everything while multitasking around the house.Cooking quality was also a big factor for us, and this model nails it with its sensor cook and sensor reheat features. Its smart steam sensing technology automatically detects the best cooking time and power level, ensuring our meals come out perfectly every time. Whether we’re making something simple or a bit more complex, we get consistent, delicious results without the trial and error of figuring out cook times ourselves. The auto-cook menu adds even more ease; with just a touch of a button, we’re able to create a range of dishes quickly and effortlessly.Overall, this appliance has brought so much more than just a fresh look to our kitchen. It’s made cooking feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable part of our day. If you’re looking for a combination of style, functionality, and modern technology, we couldn’t recommend this model more highly!

Bro!
Our 5 bedroom house somehow came with a tiny 24″ GE oven from the 1970s. When it finally died after 40 years we replaced it with a GE that was hideous and died after about 10 years. This gave us a good perspective on what you get in the name brands these days. Everything is licensed, globalized, cross platformed, etc and prices and brand names don’t always reflect quality or value. So keeping a very open mind we looked for what seemed like the best oven based solely on consumer feedback vs price. That led us to this oven. And Bro! This oven is sweet. The last GE was about 4″ bigger outside, yet this oven is on inch taller and wider inside. The bottom edge is flush and clean so if you end up with a gap like we did, its easy to hide with whatever solution matches your case and decor. We ended up building a drawer under ours and it looks great. The design is sleek and the door has double glass and feels very robust with a butter smooth hinge. There are no brand markings on it anywhere whatsoever, which I love, but it comes with a Midea branded user manual. My understanding is that Midea licensed this design from Toshiba, and have no doubt this is branded and sold as a higher end oven somewhere else in the world. Especially because the clock ONLY does European time (the one minor drawback, though I admit it feels kinda classy). The control panel is flat with two control dials. Press on them and they pop out and become control knobs. Then once you learn 2 basic button presses, a child can work it easily. It has 8 modes for cooking broiling and convection, a removable bottom catch tray and very useful rack spacing. It heats up very fast and cooks VERY fast, especially on convection. Even compensating for the better heat, most stuff cooks 30% faster. Its awesome. As with all new appliances longevity will be the real test, so I will update as events warrant, but so far so good. This oven feels like an all around steal. And we got the warranty, so we’ll get a minimum of 3 years out of it and at least our money’s worth. But this one feels built to last…

Great but nuanced issue.
I give it 4 stars because I’ve used it for about 3 months and the Open and Close buttons are already peeling. Also, what i HATE is that the number buttons are hard to see in the dark and because it’s down low I have to bend down to find the numbers (as opposed to a face level microwave where it’s easier to see). The microwave itself is great, smooth operation. Quick heating.

Great microwave and great customer service
Easy install with good instructions. Glass turntable was chipped upon delivery. One 5 minute call to Midea and a free replacement is on the way! Love the style and functionality

Microwave
I am enjoying it. It works well not had any problems with it. I’m short so I have to be careful when I shut the door. I don’t hit myself. It’s above my stove so that frees up my counter space which is why I bought it and it’s quiet very nice

Beautiful addition.
This oven was easy to install. It came with everything needed. My first night I made chicken strips on the air fry mode. They rivaled KFC! Rolls and cookies have come out evenly baked and brown. This has been a great purchase.

Unsatisfied
Update-customer service is useless I need a filterI sent my invoice and they still can’t helpI’m having problems with the filter and they can’t helpI DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!Works as described and looks nice. Since it’s slim it can’t fit anything over 5 inches high, so keep that in mind. Other than that I’m happy. My friend installed with no problems. Hope it lasts
