I am currently in a healthcare program and the storage has been great so far and love it more than my macbook air!for the price you can’t beat it and is very quick when i’m flipping to different docs or websites! it’s also super sleek and durable

After my daughter graduated high school and no longer had her school-issued Chromebook, this laptop was the perfect replacement! With the sale price offered, I was skeptical. I was wrong. It is so light and compact. It travels well, yet is durable. The violet color is really nice too. We have had it for a little over 4 months. My daughter has been using it at college to work on assignments, log into her college apps & websites and stream tv apps without any issues. The screen is bright and clear, the battery lasts for her and there have been no hiccups with the memory capacity while she uses many different functions. I am jealous that her laptop is better than mine!

Hardware failed in3 months- Amazon & manufacturer warranty useless. BUY HP INSTEAD
I purchased a brand new Microsoft Surface Laptop in late 2025, and within just three months it began having serious hardware issues.The keyboard and trackpad frequently freeze at the same time, the cursor disappears, Windows Settings hangs while loading, system and firmware updates repeatedly fail, my desktop background resets on its own, and now Microsoft Word files are being automatically sent to the Recycle Bin the moment I open them without me deleting anything.These issues happen regularly and the computer temporarily “recovers” after about 20–30 seconds, which clearly indicates a system controller or hardware failure.I completed Microsoft’s remote technical support session where they accessed my computer and attempted driver and firmware updates. The problems persisted. Despite this being a nearly new device still under warranty, Microsoft is refusing to replace it and is instead telling me my only options are:• drive over an hour to another state to an in-person service center• or mail my computer away for 10–14 days with no replacement in the meantimeTo make matters worse, I also purchased an Asurion protection plan through Amazon, but I cannot even utilize that coverage because the device is still under the manufacturer’s warranty… yet the manufacturer is also refusing to reasonably resolve the issue.For a premium laptop that failed within months, this level of support is unacceptable.This is not a minor software issue- it’s a hardware defect that makes the computer unreliable for work. Losing access to files and input devices on a brand new machine is not something a customer should have to live with or be without their computer for weeks to fix.Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the device and the lack of reasonable warranty support.

Great Everyday Laptop
bought the Microsoft Surface Laptop from Amazon, and the whole experience was excellent. Packaging was secure, shipping was fast, and the laptop arrived in perfect condition.So far, I’ve been using it for regular daily tasks like web browsing and productivity, and it performs flawlessly. I haven’t tested it with gaming or heavy workloads yet, but for everyday use it’s been reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the buying experience.

Well built windows lightweight laptop
This is a well built computer designed to compete with a MacBook Air and its price category. I got it for my wife who really depends on the touchscreen so that is the main attraction. Battery life is fantastic and it’s lightweight. If you don’t need accessibility features then this is OK if you do such as voice to text which my iPhone does very well you’re screwed on this thing. But if you’re a Windows person this is a solid choice. Don’t get it refurbished.

Nice laptop for the price. I wish the surface pen work with the model. Battery last a long time.I liked how thin and light weight it is. Boots up fast so you can right to work.
