absolutely recommend! small yet the storage space is amazing!
absolutely in LOVE with this fridge. we picked from 3 different ones & i am so so glad we picked this one! our last modern fridge was an LG & we loved it. we have since moved and we needed a new fridge since the one that was sold with our new home stopped working. step in another LG!! yay! it’s so nice & its actually smaller than the fridge that was in this house and has WAY MORE SPACE! our old fridge was literally full & once i moved all of our stuff over to this new one, it doesn’t even take up half the space. there’s so much room & i love how deep the shelves are! it comes with an air filter, water filter & it even has a fan that blows down from the inside to the stuff in your doors so they stay cooler than traditionally. it’s also wifi capable so you can really keep an eye on things. i love this fridge because you can actually turn off the ice maker!!! i don’t like using tap water, even if it’s filtered, so it’s a plus to be able to use the ice maker drawer for extra frozen treats.;) i absolutely LOVE this fridge. the doors are super light, so that took some time getting used to not slamming them. i love that the water dispenser is inside the fridge, it keeps our baby from getting to it while also having the perk, if you want it! overall we are extremely happy with this LG! i love how compact but functional it is. it’s well built & it’s super easy to take the doors off in order to get into your house. shipping was super fast! also, buying from amazon will earn you a 30 day return window whereas the local store only offers a few days for major appliances. 🙂 you will be happy with this purchase! perfect standard size @ 30” deep, 35” wide & 70” tall but more like 69.25” towards the back!

Do not buy LG products! They charge extortionary service charges to dissuade customers from repairs!
I had a problem with my 2 1/2 year old refrigerator. It was making a very loud noise. As I’m not a refrigerator tech, I had no idea what the issue is. I read that there were many class action lawsuits against LG for faulty compressors and coils. I called to try to set-up an appointment with an LG tech to determine the issue. They said that the only way to schedule a tech is to charge an extortionary $400 “flat-fee”! There was no other way to have an LG tech scheduled. With tax, that’s over 50% of what I paid for the refrigerator, brand new!I was faced with having the charge on my credit card and having their extended warranty cover all service and repair for free, or I could hire a 3rd party repair company to assess and fix the situation at my cost. That’s LG’s ploy, to charge an outrageous “flat fee” to dissuade their consumers from having LG fix their problems.I chose to have the money charged as a hold on my cc and have the tech come out to repair the problem.I emailed the LG President’s Liaison office regarding the extortionary service charge amount, and received a phone call from Fernando the next day. He stated that he was authorizing a no charge service call (for parts and labor) per authorization code APN25……… under LG Case #VCN 25………….The tech came and said that my extended warranty parts were fine (without checking them). He said the issue was the evaporator motor in the freezer, which is not covered; it needed to be replaced. (Consequently the sealed system, including the evaporator IS covered in the extended warranty!)He came in with a whole new fan grill for the freezer that had the fan mount, including the motor and the fan blade. The grill was the wrong size for my refrigerator. He removed just the fan motor and replaced the old one in my fridge. I asked him what he wanted me to do with the fan grill. He told me to throw it away, as he can’t use it.The next day, I saw that I was charged for the service call ($414.57) even though I was not supposed to incur any charge per the authorization listed above.I called LG about a dozen times in the following week, and spoke with about 2 dozen reps; each stating that it needed to be handled by another department and transferring me back and forth and back and forth. The amount of time spent on phone calls was in excess of 10 hours. I received emails and texts stating that they did receive the no charge authorization and that managers needed to reverse the charge.Weeks went by and there was no reversal of the charge, so I disputed it with my credit card, a month later. Another month following the dispute, I receive a letter stating that the charge was reversed. 2 days later LG recharges me the same amount!

Excellent and HUGE
We bought this at Best Buy and have had it for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it!Pros:- food genuinely keeps for longer, I think the humidity stays really low. For example, we always have mushrooms in our fridge and they now keep for TWICE as long as our old (Samsung) fridge- the condiment shelves are MASSIVE! One of the reasons I didn’t want a French door way back when was bc we’re a condiment home. These baskets are absolutely huge and they hold a TON.- It’s really easy to keep clean. Because the shelves are so spacious, it’s really easy to use organizing bins and keep clean.- It really is counter depth but note it sticks out like 1″ more than our old fridge that was true counter depth.- it’s like a FULLLL size fridge. I had no idea how much smaller our counter depth side but side was until I got this. Even the salespeople didn’t believe it was counter depth bc of it’s cubic capacity.Cons:- There isn’t a tall enough space to stand a wine bottle. It’s no big deal though bc you can just lay it sideways. But at the beginning you may need to adjust to the new layout.- The doors feel like there’s no substance to them. They’re not necessarily worse quality from what I can tell, but they’re so light. In the beginning I kept flinging the door open by mistake bc I was used to the amount of force I needed to open my old fridge.- The interior water dispenser – you either love it or don’t. I personally don’t like needing to open the door to get water, say, while I’m mid cooking. But the pro of this is the door looks clean and sleek.- freezer bins are DEEP. I ended up getting 4 bins to stack like “drawers” inside the lower part of the freezer bc otherwise you’d have a pile of stuff that’s like 16″ deep.- I wish the top freezer drawer pulled out like 4 more inches. It pulls out less than the door so you can’t easily get at things that are at the back of the drawer.
