Sturdy and beautiful on the countertop
I bought this on a bit of a lark. I’m so glad I did. This is a heavy, sturdy, and beautiful grill pan. I cook everything on low heat, and there is just the right height to melt tallow and or butter around the meat or eggs and push them around to cover.The handles have a wonderful feel and the pain is so easy to work with.

Much bigger than it looks in the picture – which is a good thing. Super high quality product from Le Creuset and has a lot of uses. First used it to cook pancakes to get the pan a little more “seasoned”. Great for baking and making pizza too.
