    Absolutely astonishing picture quality!
Iv’e purchased this about a year ago and I love this monitor. There are good things, bad things, and just good-to-know things about this monitor you should know before purchasing:The good:The quality is superb. The amount of local dimming is excellent and results in a superb picture quality. The panel is the same used in the 2*priced Asus monitor with same specs, so you know it’s great. The response time, refresh rate, brightness, connectivity – it’s all great and top notch, no kiddin. The USB-C connects to my Mac with ease and charges it (Macbook Pro 16″ M3 Max) and the Mac uses it with 4k, HDR and VRR (48hz to 120hz instead of 144hz).My stationary gaming computer is connected to it via DP and USB-B cable for the KVM feature. This one works at 144hz, HDR and Nvidia Gsync, all working as planned. The auto-source switching is working great and feels like magic at times. The presence, or “you’ve been using the monitor for too long” feature si excellent and beats any watch reminding me to get up, it’s right in front of my face as I want it to be, reminding me to get up and take a break (you can turn this feature off if you want)The bad:The monitor’s User Interface is horrible. The functionality is not explained anywhere, and I had to use all sorts of tools and searches online to figure out how to properly use it.For example: You can set Windows/Mac to send HDR signal, but it will not do anything unless you turn the monitor’s HDR settings to anything but ‘none’.One you change the monitor’s HDR settings as explained, the ‘Local dimming’ setting in the monitor turns off which is confusing – wondering can’t I use HDR and local dimming?! isn’t that the whole point?!The monitor simply confuses the user: YES, the HDR setting in the monitor forces local dimming to be on and cannot be disabled, which makes sense – that’s the whole reason to by a local dimming monitor in the first place.Sometimes, rarely, I could make the monitor’s auto-wake feature to stop working. Not sure how, but it happens very rarely, then I need to wake the monitor manually by pressing any of it’s not-the-power-button buttons, and things go back to working. The good-to-know:The brightness sensor does not like to play along with HDR or the local dimming feature. It’s a complete waste of technology if you ask me and I’ve never used it, except for testing purposes.Any video format that is HDR, Dolby, etc. is not recognizable by the monitor and the monitor is not HDR certified, meaning you cannot set Windows to non-HDR and let any movie you watch turn the HDR on by itself. This is no biggy because with this monitor I’m working with HDR always on and everything looks superb, no kiddin! The KVM feature is detached from the source, meaning you can switch sources, and the USBs will remain connected to whatever you set it.If you want the USBs and the source to switch from one computer to another, this will cost you two different function switches: one to switch sources (could be automatic), and the other to switch USBs target.I found out I don’t use the KVM as much as I thought, everything I own has dual mode BT and 2.4Ghz, and the devices that don’t have wireless are connected to my Desktop anyway, like Camera, Microphone, etc.Up to you to decide how you like it.The monitor weighs a ton: if you’re using a monitor arm you need to have one that can hold so much weight, I bought one from Amazon by NorthBayou that works great and wasn’t so expensive.Last: There are no actual website/support/updates to be found. My bottom line:For this price, until OLED monitors come to market, this monitor is one of the best out there without any actual rivals.I had a Samsung G8 VA monitor, curved. hated it and it came partly broken by shipping. This one was (and is) excellent.I have 2 more monitors from INNOCN that I bought for the office (4k, 60hz, IPS) last Prime day and the quality is excellent. If the price is right, get this one, easy.

    Excellent Gaming Monitor
INNOCN 32″ Mini LED 4K UHD 3840 x 2160This monitor lives up to it’s advertised specs: 4K at 144hz with a quality DisplayPort cable and HDR10.For gaming and movies, this thing is great. The HDR10 helps greatly in dark environments instead of looking at a blob of black; you can distinguish things much better with HDR than without. The brightness (nits?) can be crazy high: I had to turn this down b/c when I looked at the sun in several games, it was almost like looking at the real thing….blinding. (Easy to adjust, btw)The colors are bright and vibrant; blacks are very black (though, not as great as an OLED) with some minor bleeding. I’m not a monitor snob, so I can’t really compare technical details to other monitors, but this 32in INNOCN is by far one of the best in it’s class and I’ve had a number of good ASUS, Acer and Dell ‘gaming’ monitors.Refresh rate is great so long as your graphics card can handle it, which means the blurring is significantly reduced. Various monitor settings will help with the lag and blur.Overall I’m very happy with this. Some minor issues to point out:The blooming effect is very noticeable when viewing at an angle, but greatly reduced when looking dead on (as you should be if you’re gaming or watching movies); which leads to the next possible issue for some: the viewing angle is really bad. If you plan on having this screen far away or watch at an angle, it’s not going to work well. You must be in front and center, and be a few feet away at the most, otherwise the picture will look bad. This issue seems common with this type of tech, unfortunately. Also, Windows does not recognize it as ‘G-sync compatible’; not a big deal to me, but your needs may differ.

    Honestly, it kinda sucks
I admit, I have been spoiled by OLED on my TV, but I needed a monitor for my office (that I do also intend to game on every now and then), and I figured I’d give Mini-LED a try. Well, the local dimming may work great while gaming or watching videos, but it makes colors look terrible during regular desktop use, to the point they’re distracting. So I usually keep it off unless I plan to game.HDR is also honestly unusable due to an extremely annoying electrical buzzing sound that, funnily enough, only appears when windows are dragged to the right side of the screen (see video). And finally, there is what is either a cluster of dead pixels on the panel, or a piece of debris that is actually inside the panel. Can’t really tell which one of the two it is. But it’s not going away.I suppose this thing will suffice as an office monitor and an occasional backup gaming screen. But yeah, I honestly don’t like it. My next monitor will definitely be OLED.UPDATE: Changing the rating from two stars to one. The same day I wrote this review, the screen started going black for a few seconds every couple minutes, when using USB C as the input. This has been growing worse and more frequent and now the monitor is unusable over USB C due to it going black more often than it showing a signal. Other reviews have also mentioned this. In addition, the peripherals have become barely responsive when plugged into the monitor and the keyboard only registers false strokes (I hit backspace and after a several-second delay it spews out a bunch of d and s letters instead).I ordered a 40gbps USB C cable to see if that will fix it, but I highly doubt this is a bandwidth issue, since the problem didn’t appear immediately and has been consistently growing worse. I also limited the output to 4K60hz, which my current cable should handle without issues. But I’ll give it one more chance with the new cable and if that won’t fix this, the monitor will be returned.

I bought this monitor because I heard there was great review about it HDR performance which is true, it does has great HDR when it works. but most of the time you have to turn the HDR setting off and on just for it to stick.I had issue with my monitor where the HDR create negative artifacting on the screen, so I wanted to setup a rma. they made me go through tons of troubleshooting and sending picture back and forth only toward the end they tell me they couldn’t print me a label cause i live in canada. now im stuck with a defective model which amazon wont even take back. so if your a Canadian buyer, I recommend staying away from this brandUpdated: after 7 months of owning this monitor, it has died on me unable to even create a rma or return..Updated: Mar 5, 2024I was able to get a refund for my monitor after I explain my situation to amazon. I went ahead and bought the black variant of this monitor the monitor overall was really good with the exception of issue I was having and now it been a little over a months since I owned it an I have no issue like I had before. everything has been quite flawless. I will update this post again after 5months again if any issue come up.I recommend this monitor or at least the black version of this monitor, it look much better then the silver color.

It really is a spectacular monitor for the price. However, they don’t provide warranty services to Canada.
