    Efficient and Dependable Generator
Great value and easy to useThis generator arrived well-packaged and was easy to set up right out of the box. It starts reliably and provides steady power for my basic needs. The noise level is reasonable for its size, and it feels solidly built. Overall, it does exactly what I expected and is a good value for the price.

    Starts right up. Great quality
Wonderful purchase. Was very skeptical purchasing online but the price was very good. My husband said it is worth every penny. Generac is a reputable brand. It fires up quickly and never has a problem. Highly recommend.

    Generac is unreliable
I have had this generator (10000/8500W) generator for about 4 months. Followed all the directions for setting it up, all of the directions getting it started and running including shutdown. Did a break in of the motor per the manual. First major storm of the season the generator would start up and run for a few minutes and would then shutdown. Tried it about 5 or 6 times and had the same thing happen. Checked to see if the carbon monoxide sensor was shutting down but it wasn’t. Tank was full of fuel, the right amount of oil. Checked to make sure I hadn’t done something wrong by reading the manual but everything should have been okay. Gave up and got out my 20 year old Onan generator that I wasn’t nearly as fastidious with and it started up and ran fine. Terrible waste of waste of money buying this Generac generator. When the Generac did run it would load up even when switching on a few lights, I couldn’t believe it. The Onan generator was roughly half the capacity and I never had any issues like that..

    A better piece of equipment
This is a much better piece of equipment than the ‘mass import’ companies offer. Smoother operation with negligible metal to metal noise. Much tighter operation. Just a better piece of equipment

Portable gas generator for home backup
Using the Generac 4,500 Starting Watt Portable Gas Generator has been a lifesaver during unexpected power outages. Its heavy-duty frame makes it reliable for both home backup and RV use. The long runtime and quiet operation are incredibly beneficial, ensuring uninterrupted power supply without causing disturbances. Its 49-State Compliance gives added peace of mind. I noticed the sturdy build as soon as the delivery arrived; the box sat prominently on the dining table until I had it up and running. The convenience and assurance it provides during emergencies make it a valuable addition to any household.

very easy to use, and is able to use both LP gas and petrol.
This dual fuel Generac generator has been very effective in empowering my house when I lost power. My first use was early May and I lost power for three days and it ran very efficiently, gas consumption was relative needing about 10 gallons in the three days that it was in use. It’s very easy to start and hook up. It powered most of my appliances, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, fans,my water pump, and BoilerI would recommend this to anyone who needs a generator that can power your house when you lose electricity.

    starts right up

Haven’t have to use it yet, bought in case of power outages but starts immediately. Gave it 4 stars only because I haven’t run it for an extended period yet.
