It does fit, but a bit tight at the corners.
Not easy, but not difficult, to install. SAVE THE OLD SCREWS! It took me about 30 minutes to remove the old canopy and install the new canopy. It fits the model number that was advertised (which I think is 9′ x 12′).The installation goes more smoothly if a partner holds the canopy edge while someone else fastens the screws to the frame. Very difficult to pull the edge end over the frame after the screws are fastened.The original canopy had canvas materials where the screws fastened to the frame. This only has the fabric, and not well constructed.I expect this canopy to last maybe 1 hot summer season, possibly 2. The seller recommends using a fabric protector. I would recommend collapsing the umbrella when not in use and covering it with an outdoor umbrella cover that you can get at any of the big box stores.

A good experience
Fits very well and the quality is at least as good as original – probably better or at least I hope so. There are no directions with it but if you have any experience assembling things it is fairly straightforward. Shipping was fast. All around very pleased.

Replacement Umbrella
Do you know how we all love to save money? Well, I had a base for this umbrella, and the umbrella was ripping, probably from being out in the sun. I ended up ordering a new umbrella topper, and this one fit perfect.When I took the old umbrella off, there were areas that had screws and Additional holes to hold the in place. I removed the screws from the old umbrella and had to create new holes in the New umbrella for it to stay on more secure. We just used a screwdriver.After you get the umbrella, you must use a can of Scotchgard to protect it from the weather. I keep my umbrellas covered when not in use. It’s just Good maintenance and will preserve the life of yourUmbrella. Overall, this product was a great fit for my base that I already had the cost of $800.

Good replacement canopy
This fit our 9’ X 12’ ABBA cantilever umbrella. It has improved construction over the original including rip-stop fabric. Easy to change out with just a screwdriver.

So far, so… PERFECT!
So far, so… Perfect!I bought an Abba 12×9 umbrella 6 years ago, and last year the fabric finally took a powder. I contacted Abba and they said replacements were not available, but of course I could buy a whole new umbrella. They said the design had changed.I tried last year to make my own replacement, but failed.I have the umbrella mounted directly to my patio concrete, so not only did I not want to buy a whole new umbrella due to cost, there was no guarantee the base would bolt up to the custom “lift” I fabricated so I could deploy the umbrella without hitting my patio table.This replaced the original PERFECTLY and has a ripstop pattern to the fabric. I don’t know yet how well it will last (it’s pretty light weight), but I’m hoping the weave will allow it to weather well.I’m going to buy another to have for when this one ages out just in case it is no longer available.

Poor material
Fabric is really thin and feels like it won’t last for that long. Has small squares in fabric that are not phoned in the actual product.
