GREAT PRODUCT!!!! We’re really pleased with this product. The first one arrived with the door glass broken, but Amazon in a few days, came back, picked it up and delivered another one. One thing you need to know about this oven, IT IS COMMERCIAL, THEREFORE YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHEN SETTING THE TEMPERATURE. IT GETS REALLY REALLY HOT AND BAKES FAST.You’ll need a 240 electric receptacle to operate the oven; and, you’ll have to get or build a cabinet to house it. Our handyman built ours.A SATISFIED CUSTOMER 😌

Hopeful, but not entirely convinced
FINAL UPDATE REGARDING CALIBRATION: To bring the oven temperature up, DECREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. To take the oven temperature down, INCREASE the calibration until you get to the correct temp. Seems backward and it’s not mentioned in the manual, but the company is now aware of it and will hopefully note it in their next manual. Love this high-quality oven!UPDATE: After many fruitless emails to and from Customer Support, we contacted COSMO Escalations department. Sean in Escalations patiently worked with us as we described and listed our concerns with an unusable oven. We requested the new circuit board again on 10/6/2022 and received it 10/15/2022. We installed it ourselves as area technicians are too far away and costly. The oven again heated up way over the set temperature. There seemed to be no recourse. However, my husband had an idea. Instead of calibrating the oven downward to decrease the heat to the correct temperature, he calibrated it upward by about 27 degrees F and it worked! We are now in the process of calibrating each setting: Bake, Proof, Warm, etc. I would not recommend ordering this brand again unless you are in a city with nearby technicians. The oven is beautiful, but the circuit board is faulty somehow. At any rate, we’re stuck with it and we will adjust and use it as-is.UPDATE: It could be that the circuit board is faulty. We have today (9/30/22) requested a new one from COSMO. We haven’t heard back from them yet, but we are hopeful.The oven itself is gorgeous and appears to be full of quality; however, it seems the thermostat is not connected to either oven and so the heating elements never go off when the temperature reaches the desired level. As a result, I’ve had scorched veggies and next-to-burned cookies. A cake that is supposed to take 40 minutes to bake, baked in 18 minutes! COSMO customer support could not, they said, find a technician to repair the electronics. We have gone above and beyond to work with COSMO, doing our part to the best of our ability and with goodwill. We are trying to find someone in our area to repair it. This has been a huge disappointment.

It’s huge.
The doors are so big I have to stand to the side to put things in the oven and to take hot dishes out is precarious. I have only used it a few times but the temperature seems right.

Front top door is damaged with a dent next to Cosmos logo. I would like the door replaced.
The top Door has a dent in it that I didn’t notice at first. I would like a new door. Can they deliver that part. My first delivery the glass was smashed. Please advise what can be done. .
