This is the first time I’ve bought this brand of fryer for restaurants, and I’ve been using it for about three weeks now. So far, it’s been pretty good. Although the seller sent the wrong model, they were very responsive and helpful in fixing it.

worst customer service none working fryer
CHUMART Worst company to purchase from!!!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Our fryer arrived defective back in October our biggest event in November and we lost so many sales and inventory. Its now January and im still trying to get a working fryer ! The merchant CHUMART WORST customer service . First thing out of their mouth was i no longer had warranty and i was stuck with the none working fryer ! They didnt even try to send a part nothing !!
