4 Month Review -After switching from Mach III razorsBelow is the listed product I am using as part of my “Shaving Arsenal.” It took me a while to find each piece needed to bring it all together. My approach was finding all the pieces that had the best reviews vs. price. Just about everything listed below was the “highest price” but luckily these items don’t cost much. Not CLOSE to as much as it costs to shave with Mach III Safety razors. I have gotten the occasional razor burn but that appears to be normal with any Double-edged razor. There is a rim that goes along the bottom that has (or had) a black rubber piece that ran around it to provide a good footing for the Bowl while on a counter. The very first day this part fell off, it didn’t seat on there, and it wasn’t glued. In the garbage that piece went. The next star was lost due to finish. Quality product
This is a quality product that delivers as advertised. Smells great and lasts longer than expected. I put mine in a small 2oz pump sprayer and use it for a complete body spray. It works excellent. I’ve had other CLUBMAN products and still do. This will certainly be a part of my hygiene regimen for years to come.

Not the best tasting Rum
This is a nice lil bottle. But to tell the truth it doesn’t taste like the rum I’m used too. It made me sick and threw it up. But I did get a fair buzz from it. Heck of a headache as my breath smells nice.

Promising but ultimately a let down
This is the Virgin Island Bay Rum after shave – not to be confused with regular Bay Rum. The smell is warm and inviting but slightly different than the original scent. It’s not bad. It’s actually pretty nice but it’s different for those looking for the original. I enjoyed wearing it but I found that I needed to use an excessive amount if I wanted the scent to be noticeable. I had to bathe in it. Within the hour, the smell was gone. I have found anther brand that lasts a long time and I have switched to that one.

Love the smell, lasts most of the day for me, good burn and tightens my face up after a shave. This is my go to after shave. Works well, smells great, lasts the day, and priced right. What’s not to like???

Smells good but…
It smells good however the scent last about 15 to 20 minutes after applying after that it slowly fades away. It fades away so much that about an hour after applying you can hardly smell it anymore

Volevo un dopobarba per mio marito che avesse un profumo deciso e avvolgente.Mi sono fatta invogliare dalla recensione positiva di un utente che ne faceva una descrizione convincente.Effettivamente è un profumo buono e intenso come desideravo.La bottiglia è in plastica, ma , a mio giudizio questo non è un limite, anzi la rende più leggera e maneggevole.Il prezzo contenuto fa il reso per un giudizio positivo.Spedizione rapida e accurata come al solito

Like the smell and it’s refreshing. However, its base notes resemble old spice mostly. If I were to make a purchase for a fragrance like this, based on price, I would choose old spice instead.

Dieses Bay Rum Rasierwasser/Body Splash ist mein persönlicher Preisleistungssieger. Es hat alles was man grundsätzlich von einem Bay Rum erwartet. Und nein, es ist kein reiner Bay Rum Duft. Es hat auch noch Gewürzkomponenten, wie Zimt. Aber das finde ich nicht schlimm. Ich nutze es als Alltagsrasierwasser. Vorher hatte ich immer das klassische Old Spice in verwendung. Von daherist mir das nicht unangenehm. Jedoch ist diese Rasierwasser noch etwas runder und wärmer; einfach würziger. Brennen tut es auch nicht übermäßig. Klar sind teurere Bay Rums, wie z.B. das von D.R. Harris, komplexer und wertiger. Die kosten aber auch deutlich mehr. Es ist also sein Geld wert und mit Nichten billig!
