    Real World Test Impressed
So we bought this Gen for a hunting trip in the desert where temps will exceed 100. We currently have a Honda 3000 that we love but this one was purchased to abuse on this upcoming trip. I have not had the trip yet as it’s in September but I have used it at our property for the break in and then to run the AC during the day on the RV. So far we are quite impressed with it. If this thing continues to be the beast it has been for the last 30 hours of use, I may replace my Honda with this. It’s quiet, fuel efficient, large fuel tank hour meter and easy as hell to do an oil change. My goal is after every 50 hours do an oil change on my gens to keep them well maintained as we depend on them. This one so far is exceeding my expectations however I will update on this upcoming abusive trip. On this trip approaching will be a true test of this things ability. I have noticed it is a little difficult to start, however that may be due to the altitude I was at. I will update you all in September.Update! So we tested not only one of these Gens but 3 identical 4500 champion gens. These things ran for 9 days 24 hours a day experienced 100+ temps, rain, dust storms and heavy loads. This Gen may not be as quiet as the Honda however it’s durable as hell. We did exceed our oil change interval to every 50 hours with synthetic oil and placed them off the ground to assist with cooling. If these can take the real world abuse of the Arizona desert Dove hunt camp we have every year, they get a 5 star in my book. All 3 gens preformed identical. No issues. Can’t wait till next year we may test another brand just for fun.

    Great generator
Does the job with no issues and is pretty quiet when in use. Powers my 23ft camper just fine when running AC and whatever else

    The best
The Champion 4500W has been excellent for me. It starts easily, is quiet and has good power to connect refrigerator, lights and small air. I like that it works with gasoline or propane and consumes little. A little heavy, but very reliable. Totally recommended.

    Good generator
Great generator, runs my 50 amp rv on 30 amps with one air conditioner very well. Noise level very low. Pull start with 1 pull. Can’t beat Champion

  5. JasonR

No electric start on 4500 model
NO ELECTRIC START dispite multiple spots on Amazon saying yes. Pull start does work well and started running on first ever pull. Much smaller than my old Craftsman 3500.

    Great product
Works great runs the camper just fine

Solid budget option, wish it had more fuel capacity/efficiency
Works great, good price, fairly quiet (not as quiet as a Honda or Predator). Little disappointed with fuel capacity/efficiency, although it does last as advertised (running a trailer A/C, lights, fridge, TV, and air compressor for 8 hours takes about 2/3 tank).

    Reliable Generator for Emergency Situations
Unpacking and setting up this generator was a breeze, even for a 73-year-old like me. The portability is fantastic – I could lift it out of the box on my own thanks to the convenient wheels. I made the purchase after reading positive reviews on Consumer Reports. Living in an area prone to hurricanes, this generator is a lifesaver for keeping medications refrigerated and running medical equipment during power outages. Highly recommend it for peace of mind during emergencies.
