Very thick and creamy moisturizer
This skin moisturizer is very thick and creamy. It only takes a little to get nice results. I like the ingredients included in this non scented lotion. The cost is just too high for the amount of product that you get.

Poor packaging
A lid is cracked, there’s no seal, and the scent is off, it really does raise questions about quality or even authenticity ☹️ I am still using it because I don’t want the hassle of replacing for getting same stuff back but this packaging really needs improvement for hygiene and trust especially for its cost

Nice, fragrance free body cream
This is a really nice body cream! It’s nice and thick but easy to apply. It soaks in pretty fast. I like that it is fragrance free and good on sensitive skin. It makes my skin feel super soft and moisturized. Plus the container is really pretty!Now as far as value goes, there are plenty of other body creams that work just as well for a better value. So unless you’re feeling bougie, there are other budget friendly options that are just as nice.

It’s good, but…
This body cream is so confusing! It’s fragrance-free, which I love, especially in a luxury product (they’re usually so heavily perfumed). It’s thick and rich and it moisturizes basically instantly. However! A little goes a long way- if you use more than you need, it will pill. If you rub it in too much, it will pill. Before it starts rubbing in, it sits on top of the skin for a second and it takes some doing to get it to actually rub in. So, it’s a little finicky. If you get it right, it’s beautiful. For the cost though, I shouldn’t have to think about it this hard. The cost is shocking. I can’t imagine ever buying it at full price, no matter how great it is. It’s just prohibitive for me. If it’s not prohibitive for you, go for it. Three stars because it’s easy to go overboard and the pilling is a bummer, and also because of the cost. It’ll never be a truly perfect product as long as it costs this much.

It’s like getting a skin treatment
Augustinus Bader Body cream is an incredible cream, making the skin morning after applying feel like post spa skin. It is in the high price range category, which I do view with more critical look since it better do amazing things to compete there. And indeed this one does. I think the price needs to be compared with getting skin treatment rather than simple creams for the way this absorbs and make the skin feel. I really love applying it as I go to sleep, it is such a wonderful massage cream the way it glides and absorbs, but doesn’t leave my hands sticky or smelly. And having done that several times, I am surprised by how supple and smooth the skin feels morning after! Nice solid box, simple luxurious container, perfect for gifting to someone special as well.
