Amazing power station! It was well worth the price. All you have to do is charge it up, and then use it around the house, on the go, and wherever you need that electricity. I find that it charges up fast, and I can get going with my life. It is so easy to just plug in your phone and any other items you may need it. While the power station is a little heavy to move around, the weight is no problem when you place it in an area as the charging corner.

Great product. Works very well. Try not to allow FedEx to deliver it. Driver left my $700 package out on the street next to my mailbox….. it is a labeled box so not discreet.

Handy for power outages
It charges up quickly to get to the initial charge. It’s easy to use and works well. It’s compact enough to slide under counters or TV stands for easy storage. It’s a bit heavy but not so heavy that it would take two people to move. Anker’s time estimates are overly generous when they predict how long it will power items. They claim it will power a fridge for 30-64 hours but having used it during a power outage to power only a fridge it only made it to 8 hours. It’s also beyond ridiculous that the accessories (solar panel, extra battery, etc.) cost as much as the power bank itself so it’s just as easy and provides more flexibility to buy a 2nd power bank rather than the accessories!

It has clean lines, an exceptionally high quality build, and it looks even better than in the online photos. The care and precision that went into its design is immediately obvious. I’m not technically-savvy, and no need, for this power station is very user-friendly, which is especially important during a power-outage or emergency.Customer Service/Support: Anker Solix reviews were consistently positive, and my experiences with them, both pre and post-purchase, far exceeded the general consensus and my already high expectations. I found their staff extraordinarily helpful, competent and genuinely kind. quite happy with the item once it got here, works as decribed and will make power outages easy to handle, delivery expectations were tense but it finally arrived after an email complaining about lack of delivery
