Must Have!
I was so impressed with the shipping container when received. It was just as described in the write up. Great value for the money. It keeps the wine at the temperature as set. The noise level is minimal. I love the lights on the inside as well. The quality is GREAT. The handles were tricky to install at first. The holes for the screws are hidden behind the trim on the inside of the door.

Handle attachment
There have been complaints about the handles. I had a difficult time but eventually succeeded. Need to include how to use the washers in attaching handles. Put washer on screw, add some putty or sticky wax on top of screwdriver so screw doesn’t drop down inside to be lost forever. Then attach handle. Fridge looks good, fits perfectly, works well and is quiet

Wine Cooler Blues…..
This unit will NOT have a 31- (normal size) bottle capacity. It is extremely tight on what can be placed on the shelves. You have to be strategic on how you put the bottles on the shelves. I was able to put 15 bottles only and the shelves will not move smoothly because of the fitment. The top shelf would only hold very narrow bottles, maybe. The very bottom area doesn’t have enough depth for the length of a wine bottle. Maybe a six pack of beer.

Good fridge, not so good handle
The fridge itself runs well and manages both zones correctly. It is quiet and looks very nice. As mentioned by others the handle is the only weakness for this unit. Not only is installing the handle a bit tricky, the screw heads have to go all the way through the back of the door to extend out to the handles, but even installed correctly one bump into the handle dislodged it. Ended up epoxying the handle in place

Easy to install under the cabinet. Stores plenty of bottles. I would recommend this product.

Error message
It worked for almost a year then started to display an error message. The instructions don’t say anything and there is no other indication of what is the problem. The manual says that a fuse or hose may need to be changed but doesn’t give any direction to where the part is or what part name/type it is.Wish there was more support with this product.
