I used to wear cowboy boots constantly, and loved them. I felt it time to bring them back into my life. I’ve never bought boots online, I always tried them on in person because I always noticed differences in fit from one pair to another even in the same size.I think these run slightly large. I’m a solid size 12 in shoes, and this size 12 seems slightly loose. I need to wear thicker socks with them to get my best fit. But they are very comfortable. I like the look of the metallic bronze. It looks “broken in” without being shabby. There is an embroidered cow head and flag design that is just barely noticeable. You only see it if you’re looking closely.I’ve worn these a few times and immediately noticed that they were more comfortable than new real leather boots I have bought in the past. They always needed a breaking in period. These do not. They are nice comfortable boots and the square toe makes them much better for my extra-wide feet. However, the shaft seems a lot shorter than the images in the advertising photos. It isn’t a deal breaker because I wear my jeans over my boots.Would I buy them again? Maybe, but I’m not sure yet. Boots take a lot of wear and tear. I’m not sure vegan leather will hold up over time. If you just like the look of boots, these are great. But if you plan on putting them through daily hard use, I’d stick with real leather.
