what the heck is it? this corn is blue corn, hope you like blue stains all over everything including your mouth. That’s if you do not mind trying to bite into after cooking it to make it soft enough to eat. Good Luck with that. Bought it as blue corn is supposed to help with cholesterol. With this you may get better cholesterol and lose your teeth.
