Kids played with car for two days. Recharged the batteries and placed them back in the RC and it worked for five minutes and quit. Tried new batteries and still nothing. After I left a review, the sellers reached out to me and sent us a working unit. Great communication. Great customer service. I would recommend buying form them!

Great product and top shelf customer service! I was very satisfied with the RC Car but nowhere nearly as much as my girlfriend’s 5 year old son, he absolutely loved the gift. It was his favorite Christmas gift. Unfortunately he broke the controller within the first day but after emailing BEZGAR they told me there was one free replacement within 30 days and sent a brand new replacement! Could not be happier with this company’s customer service, quick response, and going above and beyond.
