One of the best bags for a 180 striker.
This thing has done its job. Ex martial artist, this is great to bang on when you don’t need the super heavy bags. I have literally flipped the bag to assist with the settling and flip it back every other month. Been in three rain storms, I added wax and waterproofing materials and it has held up. I do treat it monthly with conditioners and it still looks new.

This bag is really hard. You can really go to town on it. It’s heavy but it still has quite a bit of movement when you strike it. I recommend gloves. I got bloody knuckles quickly. Well worth it’s cost. It’s very sturdy and durable.
