LED light issues
I was very happy with this purchase for the first year. After about 1.5 years the LED light dimmed so much the shadow from the LED could not be seen. I wished I would have went with the laser option at this point. Reach out to customer service to discuss my options and never even received a response. I am a big customer service person and if a company isn’t willing to respond to their customers it is not worth my time to purchase their products again. I don’t expect to buy another metabo product.

Its a nice saw. Great for trim u less you need complex cuts
Accurate cuts but it does not lock into a 45degree tilt. The knob on the back sucks for tightining the tilt into place and the fence gets in the way at the same time

This saw broke down in less than a year with very little use The motor strated smoking and I couldn’t even cut through a half inch board.So I dropped it off at a service center and they called and said it wasn’t under warranty and want a a $125.00 to fix it so much for a 3 year warranty.

When it was manufacture the screws hole for the mightier is not correct ,the screws don’t fit inside ,so its impossible to use .
