Don’t understand other reviews
I received my order today and read the other reviews that were left. I have been using the Renutriv line since 2004 and found no inconsistencies in smell, look or actual product texture. This Renutriv is not as creamy/thick as the Renutriv in the black containers if people are unaware. My containers were packaged the same way as when I purchase them at Macy’s. I have only started purchasing things online due to the Pandemic… after reading the reviews I ran to open all the containers and found nothing suspicious or different. Be sure you are aware of exactly which product you are purchasing, the Renutriv line has expanded over the years. As far as my experience goes, I am pleased with the purchase, although as usual with Estee Lauder, a little poorer… I am in my 50’s and have been using the Renutriv line for almost 2 decades; so far, the results have been very positive, I am always complimented on my skin.

Not Emoilent Enough
I purchased while there was a discount available. I think Estée Lauder has much better products than this one. This moisturizer does not give my dry, mature skin enough hydration. Now that I have paid the high price for it, I’m stuck with it and I have to find another moisturizer to boot.

Not a cream consistency…more like a lotion.
Consistency was thinner than lotion. Same with the eye cream. You can almost pour it out of the container. My first time purchasing, so I don’t know what the consistency should be. Other eye creams and face creams I have used were thicker than this…..they are actually creams. Would not purchase again. I have not noticed any benefits.

Is not the real re-nutriv
The packaging looks used, the product was white and smelled different than both of my 2 other Re-Nutriv from Belk and Macy’s. I’m too scared to use this cause I know it’s not the right product
