Komplete is great, Komplete Ultimate is so much better
This worked out really well, and I’m very happy with both Amazon’s service and the product. If you’re purchasing the upgrade, then you’re already somewhat familiar with how Native Instruments products work. Installing from the hard drive through Native Access was simple, and transferring products was easy. The tough part, of course, is not getting overwhelmed by the amount of sounds. Great product.

Komplete is Complete!
Caught this upgrade for a a little cheaper than getting it directly from NI. That’s very rare. It’s the real deal. IMO, Native has THE BEST all around VSTs in terms of richness, versatility and ease of use. If I find a great deal on the Ultimate version, I’ll get that tooooo!

Exactly what I expected!
I have been using native instruments products since the maschine first appeared. I have to say I’ve been pretty satisfied so far and komplete ultimate 12 collector’s edition doesn’t disappoint. I have been much more creatively inspired and my sound library is more well rounded, I can create for any genre with confidence that I have the sounds to support my efforts. Two thumbs up!

During Upgrade this is a Fantastic Deal
The NI Komplete 12 Ultimate upgrade is fantastic when you consider the price versus products you receive for the money. Just the 20 expansions (retail $49) or even at $24.50 total far more than the total cost of this upgrade. Yet you get far far more for your money. Take a look at what is offered in this upgrade. Inspiration, would think so, and if you own the Komplete S series keyboard or Maschine Mk3 or Mk2 you have most all you need. Highly recommend this product, specially at the current June 2019 price. No brainer for me. Have fun, or get to work.

Such a powerful arsenal of sounds and effects. Including a delightful collection of ‘ethnic’ collections which includes Gamelan, India, Middle East, Cuba and West Africa. The kora melodies are lovely. Synths and FX are exceptional including Guitar Rig, Reaktor, Kontact, with some beautifully simple composite instruments, in which different wavetables can be combined to create tremendously exciting atmospheric sounds for cinematic work. Well worth the investment. Pleased at last to have the basic collection, after years of collecting dribs and drabs. Did I mention the pianos? More fun than a fistful of monkeys.

I’m so happy that I was able to buy this from Amazon. Not only does it provide you with the upgrade from Komplete 8-12 to Komplete 12 Ultimate, you get the physical hard drive as well. I got this at a price lower than NI’s annual summer sale where it’s commonly known that all upgrade pricing is 50% off but only provides you with the downloads.I initially bought Komplete 11 from Amazon at a reduced price after Komplete 12 came out but I wished I waited until Black Friday when the price for Komplete 11 dropped even lower in local stores. Oh well, this deal for me made up the difference and I can’t wait to try out all the plugins I didn’t get in Komplete 11. Also looking forward to when Massive X is released which should be fairly soon (June 2019).
