better price for than renewing
just as a note, I was already an ESA customer before purchasing this. My previous subscription had expired and the offer to renew was actually more expensive than buying a new copy so I bought a new copy here for cheaper than what the renewal would have been . I have trusted the software for Internet security for five years and plan on continuing to do so for as long as I use windows.

BAD NEWS!!! install would not work. ESET tech support did NOT solve the issue.
ESET worked great for three year contract. Not able to install ESET pro which was purchased via Amazon. ESET tech support tried to tell me it was my Windows OS problem. Actually the uninstall failed to remove some folders. Install of upgrade gave a message that the folders needed to be deleted. Pressing continue would delete the folders. Pressing continue did not do anything. No error messages returned.Wanted to use the product but will use something else in the future.ESET support took charge of my desktop and tried different settings while having admin. privs. Eventually they requested support team to diagnose the resolve issue. I was requested to send certain logs related to the install. That was done and about one week later was informed that is was not an ESET issue but rather my WINDOW 10 PRO OS problem.Called Amazon to get a credit back for the ESET PRO charge. That took three phone transfers before being told I would get a refund. All together working with ESET support and Amazon took approximately 4+ hours of my time.I will be purchasing a different internet security package and not one that is sourced from a foreign country.NOT GOOD!!!!
