Beautiful Carousel
My new obsession and hobby! My son loves horses and carousels, so I bought this to build for him. You have to have patience and I love building things. The quality is superb and the details are amazing! It is not a piece for beginners but it was my first wooden puzzle. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The size is perfect and actually bigger than it looks. The cost is valuable because it looks a lot more expensive than what I paid for it.

Wonderful night light or point of conversation for the household
This was a really fun build, putting the horses together and assembling the canopy. But it might take a while. Keep in mind these pieces are delicate, and many of the ones that are prone to break are not duplicated In the kit. If you are expecting overhead gears to bring the horses up and down, you might look for a different design. This one takes a more simple approach, and because of that, it’s more reliable. It’s nice that the speaker plays two different songs, and will also light up without the movement or the music. I really enjoyed putting this one together.

Thicker pieces made
I enjoyed putting this puzzle together. The pieces were thicker than most puzzles which made it easier to put together without breaking. I did have to solder one of the wires that broke but it was because of my handling. I recommend putting a spot of glue on some of the locking pieces so they don’t come loose.

Out daughter put this together in one day. But she does things like this all the time so not everyone can finish it so quickly but it is beautiful!!

I have done five of these Rolife kits in the past couple of months. I enjoyed all of them. As mentioned in a previous review the Greenhouse was challenging and frustrating with all the flowers that had to be made and keep track of. I loved this kit. The design and engineering are amazing. Pretty much all wood with no paper parts to stick or glue. You have to be patient and take your time but when finished it would make a great gift.

I have constructed many miniatures but I found this one’s instructions vague at best. I found it frustrating . I do have to say the pieces are very well marked and sturdy, just the instructions leave a lot to be desired.
