Wonderful, small fry pan
I love all clad products… But my small frying pan was not nonstick so purchasing this stainless steel nonstick pan was great as I like to make scrambled eggs yet I hated to have to scrape off the egg off the stainless steel. Problem solved.

Even cooking, nothing sticks
One of the best things about these All-Clad pans is just how even the cooking is. There’s no hot or cold zones on the cooking surface–everything works evenly, making it super easy for browning meats or just frying eggs with every part of the egg being evenly cooked all around. And with the non-stick surface, simply nothing sticks at all. Eggs slide around as they cook, making them easy to flip, and cleaning the pan is as simple as wiping with a paper towel.Add to all that just the outstanding design of All-Clads. The handle is curved comfortable and safely. I’ve used pans before where I’ve worried about scratching myself–not this one. The steel is smooth and curve and easy to grab. This pan size is also just perfect, giving me that spot between small and large that makes browning stew meat perfect. The curve around the edges keeps everything inside easily even when you’re stirring things around, and the pan itself is so light, it’s nothing to lift it to transfer the contents, which will just slide out anyway.Absolutely a huge addition to my kitchen, I’ll be using this a lot.

Typical All-Clad quality and feel, non stick durability unknown
First: It’s All-Clad, which means the quality is great and it’s not cheap.Non-stick performance and its performance as a pan are excellent; I do not know how long the non-stick will last. I usually buy just one mid-priced non-stick pan, as I consider non-stick to be expendable (no matter how well it i treated).This is a small pan, made even smaller by the flared sides which actually makes it great for two-egg omelets. The angle of the sides make it easy to flip and roll the omelet out and since I am not using a non-stick pan for browning, the lack of much bittom surface doesn’t matter.One small complaint is that the handle is heavy enough to make the pan unstable on a stove with an open grid. Unless the bottom is fully supported, it tends to wobble.

I needed this size to complement my other non-stick pans. All-clad is a premium brand. I have a large All-clad stainless pan and it is also built like a tank. This little pan is perfect for an egg or two. Don’t get it too hot (500 F) or it can release toxins but below that you are fine. If you get some burned on stuff that won’t wash off, don’t panic. When oils get too hot they polymerize (turn to a type of plastic). This is what seasoning is on cast iron, which is a good thing. But for non-stick, I found that a little acetone on a paper towel does the trick. Rub it a bit and you’re good to go. Most cheap nail polish remover is acetone. You’re welcome. But… about this pan. I like it a lot!

Perfect for eggs!
This is now my favorite pan to cook eggs in. The non-stick coating is very durable, and cleans up easily as well. When cooking eggs, they cook more evenly in this pan than others I have used. The size is perfect!
