Practical Set That Hits Most Essentials
We got this tri-ply stainless steel set for weekend brunches and everyday meals in our apartment in Boston. Everything arrived well-packed, and the range of sizes ends up being useful — I particularly like the sauté pan and the medium stockpot. They heat evenly on our induction cooktop and don’t warp over time.The lids seal well, and I appreciate that they’re sturdy — no weird rattling or loose fitting. I’ve cooked everything from eggs to stews without dramatic hot spots. After a couple of dishwasher cycles, they’ve stayed shiny and haven’t developed weird spots or discoloration.It’s not a nonstick set, so sticky foods need a bit of practice, but for most dishes it performs reliably. The only small issue is that the larger pans are a bit heavy when full, so it’s not “ultralight.” But if you want a durable set that works on pretty much any cooktop and handles daily use, this one checks a lot of boxes.

Heats Evenly, but Has a Learning Curve with Sticking
and it performs well once fully preheated. The pan feels solid, works on induction, and the included lid is a nice bonus for simmering or finishing dishes.That said, this is bare stainless steel, and sticking is an issue if you don’t already know how to cook with this type of pan. Eggs and delicate foods will stick without proper heat control and oil technique. Several other buyers note the same thing—it’s not nonstick, despite some expectations. The handle also gets warm during longer cooking sessions.Why it’s 3 stars:Good heat performance and build, but not beginner-friendly and requires technique. Easy to misuse if you expect nonstick behavior.Good for:People experienced with stainless steel cookware, searing, sautéing, and induction cooking—not ideal for beginners or low-fat cooking without oil.
