Great set with just 1 (minor) problem
First off, yes this set is cheap but it’s well worth the price.People complaining about the product too harshly need a reality check. Yes its not laser cut precision accurate aluminium grade tools but its not priced that way either. I would say this set is for someone just starting out and looking for a decent tool set (like a teenager or a college student) or someone who likes to tinker around with computer parts or DIY home projects (like building a furniture from IKEA)I just finished building a bookshelf from a department store and this tool set came in handy! Took me about 2 hours and the tools were great! I had everything i needed in this set. Felt great to build something on my own and that’s kinda the main reason i am writing this review. It passed the test!I will say that the only issues i have is that the fit for these tools are very tight! I have to pry the tape measure everytime and then i have to shove it hard back down to get it in place. The Screw bits are impossible to get out of their case without the pliers! But for me, considering the price, it’s not the end of the world.Also the volt meter reader doesn’t seem to work? I tried it out but it doesnt really register anything. I dont use it at all but if you do then it would be a con. Yours could work or i dont know how to use it properly, so theres that.If you are a professional handyman or someone who does a lot of DIY projects don’t bother with this set, its not made for you in mind. Buy a $100 set that has all the trimmings. If you are someone who needs some tools to fix the occasional loose screw or that needs to change a door knob, then this is for you! Great product for great price !
I bought this set for my boyfriend as a gift. I love the interchangable screwdriver and theres so many heads to attach! The allen keys are a good size and seem durable. The tool box is heavy plastic and even withstood hours of pouring rain (im not saying its waterproof but its good). The box keeps the tools in and nothing comes out once it is properly put into place. Hammer seems to be good and have a strong impact. Wrenches seem fine. Needle nose pliers are great and are what they are supposed to be. I didn’t even realize it came with a digital voltage tester, pretty neat. Tape measure doesnt even seem cheaply made at all, neither does any of the tools.

Great light-use kit for the price.
This tool kit is exactly as I expected. They are “adequate” for using inside and around the house on small household projects. My wife ordered these because she was tired of me borrowing her cheap purple Wal-Mart tool set four times a week.Obviously I wouldn’t want to attempt to rebuild a car or construct a house with these, but they work well for small projects in the house .I noticed in the reviews some complaints about how tightly they were held inside the box. This did not seem to be an issue for my set at all. They were snug and stayed in well, but I was able to remove each piece fairly easily. I had my little wife try and she agreed they were no trouble at all.The case is sturdy and locks well. It seems like it will hold up well especially for the light use I intend for it.For this price I would say that this is a good, solid, and adequate set for what it is intended. In comparison to the (comparable in quality and price) tool kits sold at Wal-Mart, these are slightly better quality and build in my opinion. My wife loves these little kits and uses them often, so we have had quite a few to compare to over the years.

Perfect Set for an Incredible Price
An incredible price for what is, all in all, a very solid tool set. I’d say the only pieces in this set that feel questionable are likely the small set of screwdrivers, and this is a consistent problem across almost all cheap and basic tool sets. Because they are so small, their grips are slightly underwhelming (for some of the more stubborn screws, this might be an issue, but I’ve never actually been totally unable to unscrew something with it, it’s just a little more difficult; also, for reference, I am definitely not a He-Man). Other than this small shortcoming, however, all of the other tools actually exceeded my expectation in quality. The rubber grips feel great and the accessibility and ease of changing screwdriver heads is fantastic. A fantastic addition to any homeowner’s arsenal, especially given the price (was about $20 when I purchased).

Great starter set or for the car
I ordered this little tool kit to use to fix my sewing machine. The tools were great and small enough to reach into the small spaces of a sewing machine, but also provided enough length in the handles that the tools were useable for all types of small projects.

A good second tool set, or for infrequent use
This is a decent tool set if you aren’t planning on using it frequently. By that I mean that the amount and variety of tools for the price is great, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired (as expected). I purchased this set for my mother and she managed to warp a screwdriver bit on the first use. The tools are also very difficult to get out of the plastic molded case, the fit is super tight so keep this in mind because it could be a pain depending on who the user is. That being said, to get some pliers, screwdrivers, allen wrenches, and a few wrenches/hammer/assorted items all in a case for $30 is a pretty amazing deal.I would recommend this as a very light duty primary homeowner tool set or for a secondary tool set that won’t see much use. It’s great for the person who will only use it in an emergency, and call someone else the majority of the time. For anyone looking to do “real” work with it, buy something nicer.

Ich bin absolut kein Handwerker, aber wollte nicht immer meinen Vater oder Freunde anrufen um nach Werkzeug zu fragen, falls mal was ist.Für meinen (geringen) Gebrauch habe ich absolut nichts zu bemängeln, es ist vieles da und der Preis ist unschlagbar.Der starke Geruch ist unangenehm, aber nicht merkbar wenn der Kasten geschlossen ist.
