Suitable on it own or as a built in
For the price it was definitely worth it. I used wood glue everywhere wood butted up not just for the dowels.Like many of the reviews for their other products have stated the seating is extremely narrow. If being able to sit down comfortably if your primary goal then this isn’t the one for you. There is only 7 inches of usable seat space. If you are ok with just sitting on the edge and sliding on shoes you’ll be fine. I am 5’ 6” and athletic and have no issues. Kids would be fine too. If it was just 2-3 inches deeper I think it would be perfect.The closets are small too, but I’ve been able to get jackets in there and close it. You’re not going to get a parka in there.The blue is a bit lighter than I would have liked. I was hoping for the Lowe’s prebuilt diamond series cabinets that come in blue. This isn’t that but it still looks nice.I decided to make mine a built in and added trim and more storage at the top. I also added an outlet and motion sensor lights.All in all it’s a great buy for the price. Just take your time putting it together and use extra wood glue at the joints for added strength and durability.

cheap and flimsy
Cheap and flimsy. Both in how it looks and how it functions. Dimensions just not practical-cannot fit much of anything in each locker area. Very difficult and long assembly just for it to end up looking cheap and the whole thing shakes when you open or shut a door.

I love this
It’s beautiful, did take forever and a day to put together! It is acting as a room divider, so we will see how long it lasts, but I love it. I put wall paper on the back, however the back is still the blue so it looks great from all angles!

Start with the bottom
Super cute and it took a bit to out it all together! My suggestion is to start with the bottom bench portion first and then add on the top portion!

Very sturdy! I also love the size of it! Skinny for a small area, yet it holds just enough for there to not be clutter!
