Defective
I had this product for less than a year and it stopped working. There’s no place for me to have the manufacturer replace it. I have to go through the inconvenience of going back and forth with Amazon to refund me for this defective product.

Broken after 5 months
This cleaner is very attractive sitting on the bathroom counter. However it is so small that filling it with water frequently results in spilling water. The touch button to turn it on also stopped working after less than 5 months total.

Worked fine at first, little over a month in not so much
*edit* The seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. I’ve been using that replacement ever since with no issues, so I’ve bumped it from 2 to 4 starsIt worked great and as intended at first, but about a week ago it started acting up. Sometimes the light won’t come on, sometimes when you press the button it does nothing, sometimes it automatically turns on and off by itself.

Simple but effective
I looked through so many different models before selecting this one. I like the simple design and the fact that the metal wrapped up over the edge. It sends vibrations through the water and removes gunk. Seems to work well for retainer cleaning. I’ve also used it with my rings & jewelry. When you’re done, there are bits of grime in the water that weren’t there before, so it seems to work effectively.

Excellent, works as expected
Product works as suggested. It is perfect for a retainer and electric toothbrush head. We also used it on jewelry and it was incredible how dirty the items were before cleaning.

Unreliable, random shut offs
Bought two of these and after ~3 months of use, both have started randomly shutting off before completing a full 5 minute cleaning cycle. Sometimes the shut offs happen after 1-2 minutes, sometimes immediately.There is a sticker on the units that says after 3 times of continuous use, it needs to rest for 5 minutes. But the shut offs still happen even on the first use of the day when the units have been sitting idle all night.It’s a shame because out of the half dozen ultrasonic cleaners I’ve tried, these are the only ones that actually use true UV-C germicidal wavelength LEDs. But that’s pointless when they’re so unreliable at the basic function of ultrasonic cleaning. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Amazing Customer Service
It was great while it lasted. My Invisalign looked like new each night. Unfortunately it died about month after I purchased it :(Edit: I reached out to customer service and they are sending me a replacement! Looking forward to have the new unit. Hoping that this first unit was just a dud

My pod suddenly stopped working while under warranty. I was sad because it was a great item to travel with, compact and did a good job. I contacted customer service through the warranty and it was replaced very quickly. I received it within a week. Thank you founder Bruce, I’m delighted!

July 9/25. I reached out to the company after reading another review. They immediately responded and have shipped out a new unit to me. Outstanding customer service!I purchased this in June 2024. It’s worked great. Today it just won’t start….power light turns on and immediately turns off. Very unhappy to get only one year of use out of this. I do not recommend this.

The product works well until it doesn’t, by this I mean it just stopped working one day. It was 5 months into use. The company replaced it and the second one stopped working in a similar span. Spend the extra few bucks and get one that will last.
