Straight cuts in soft wood are astounding
So far Im beyond impressed about this saw blade. I was using the stock Rikon blade in my 10 inch band saw and was trying to get solid straight cuts but was having difficulty even after watching the Alex Snodgrass video three times and getting all the details right it seemed. Then I thought what the heck Ill try a new blade. Put this one in and did not listen to the warning label and when I uncoiled it from the package, yup bit me pretty good. Opens up like a miniture bear trap it seems. But man, within seconds of cutting my jaw was dropped. Could not beleive how much control, smooth, and straight each cut was. Now when I say smooth its more on the feel side and not the end result of the wood ends. There are deep abrasions from the cut that need to be 40 gritted for a bit. It is also much louder and seems like its unstable when its just running and not cutting. Just looks wobbly. But as soon as you line up a piece of wood. Magic. Pure magic. All in all, absolutely amazed at the difference in quality of cuts. Well worth the money for me because my business depends on this blade. Im buying another for sure. Thank you Timber Wolf for making such a great product and yes I will be sure to becareful on the next unboxing.

Cuts straight and cleanly.
Only time will tell if the sharpness will hold up, but it kicks the pants off of the standard blade that came with my bandsaw. I’ve been using this in the Rikon 10 inch band saw. After setting up, it cuts straight with out wondering showing stress. I was able to resaw 5 inch wide pine boards with not too much trouble. I have not tested it with harder woods yet for resaw performance.

Prime Tools sent me a replacement blade
I am updating my original review. The first blade that I received was apparently defective and would not run true on my saw. Upon seeing my review Prime Tools sent me a replacement. I was not expecting the replacement as I was just asking for a refund.To my surprise a new blade came to my house the day after I posted my original review. I installed the new blade and it is running perfectly true on my saw. Cut some pieces up that I have been working on and everything it fine.Thanks for the quick response and new blade. Much appreciated.

They shipped it out right away and when I got it I tried it out and was pleased with the way it cut. You can see the blade was heat treated. I was happy with my purchase.
