A lot firmer than I expected
Excellent value. I love that it is a chenelle fabric, I’m not a big fan of the”teddy bear” fabric. The base is firmer than expected, but still very soft and comfortable, I was a little worried about sinking in too much (I’m 60 years young).

Great buy!
If you’re thinking of getting it just do it! Great couch I love it so far! The ottoman picture is straight out of the box and the full couch picture is 1 day after I let it sit out and fluff up. The couch is firm but not hard, and has a cloud like feel. The height is pretty tall and it’s fluffy. Give it some time atleast 1-2 days to fully fluff out, and once it does it’s beautiful. I also like how each pillow and seat you can take the zipper off if you need to wash it! It came with 3 back support pillows two side pillows and two small front pillows, I added a few of my own in the picture. The texture isn’t super soft but it’s also not rough, I’d say in the middle. It’s sooo easy to spot clean, I have kids and they already got a little spot on it and I just wiped it with a small amount of soap and water and it came right off. It also came with straps to keep the couch connected together. I haven’t had to use yet because I have the couch pushed against the wall, and it hasn’t slipped apart yet (I have carpet). Great buy, also came in 4 different boxes. Two came one day and the other two came the next. Love this couch ♥️♥️♥️

Minor color difference, still worth the price!
Satisfied in general. It was within its shape within 2 days but I still waited 3 just in case. I manually fluffed them to speed up the process. My only minor issue is that the couch is not a dark black couch. It’s more of an “ashy black” almost like a dark grey color. It fits perfect for the living room area of my studio apartment and it’s EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. I fall asleep all the time. I put the two pictures to show what I mean. The first one is from the first day fresh out with the natural color, the 2nd is what is advertised after its full shape came in. No regrets.

Great couch
Great couch! It came in four boxes and took a couple days to expand. It was super easy to take out if the boxes and assemble. I was hesitant to buy at first because it is boneless but it is much comfier than the other couch i had, which was not boneless!

I purchased 10 pieces of this couch in white, and only opened 2 pieces in a spare room to test it out. I searched these frameless couches for weeks, and opted for this price point because while there are higher quality ones on the market, I didn’t want to spend $4K on a bunch of foam.It’s comfortable-ish, but not as comfortable as you’d hope for a couch of pure foam. It’s definitely off-gassing, and I’m happy it’s in another room closed off with air purifiers. It’s been open for about 12 hours, and anticipate it taking a week or so to fully expand because the temps are so low right now. I will be buying a steam iron to get the wrinkles out. The connecting straps are useless, they shouldn’t even spend the 2¢ to include them. I wish there were more color options.One unexpected plus is the covers are completely removable. The fabric is softer than I imaged. I don’t mind the shape/look. I chose this couch because it’s latex-free (framed couches almost always contain latex), so if you suffer from latex allergy like myself this one is safe! I am having mild reactions to the off gassing, but I anticipated that.I’m going to wait to open the rest, and will update my post later!

Best couch for the price
Was hesitant as it’s a boneless couch and didn’t think it would hold weight well. It came within a week, looks very nice and has more padding than my old couch from world market. Form so it holds its shape but not uncomfortable!

Do not buy
Do not buy. It says free returns but it’s not possible once you open them. It looks nothing like this. They don’t stay together. Not sturdy. Wrinkles don’t come out even with steaming so it doesn’t feel like it filled out. Not worth the money.

Was super nervous about it at first but after about 3 days it turned out really nice! If you have first doubts at first you’re not alone but have faith. Everything turns out ok! Highly recommend!
