Great Vacuum
Vacuum was in perfect condition. Works extremely well and has long battery life. We are able to vacuum our entire house, 7500 square feet, without recharging. Attachments are excellent quality.

Awesome. Easy to keep at hand. Hoovers 80m2 minimum without recharging. The dustcollector is a little harder to empty then in the videos, takes 2 mins, and you need to pull hard to disassemble. You will need the fluffy brush for fine dust and real clean – We have backyard, bunny, dog, children so real clean is basically two hovering. I got the refurbished, totally fine, just the accessory bag is missing.

Does not work. Having to go through Dyson to remedy. Pending receipt of new charger. We shall see

Wall mount mis-funcrions.
So far the V15 works just fine. I would give it a 5 star rating but THE WALL MOUNT DOCKING STATION MALFUNCTIONS. It won’t support the weight of the vac. I hope Amazon or Dyson will solve this 1 problem. No need to send everything back. Just the wall mount.

Love the laser light
Expensive but I love how the laser light illuminates the dirt on the floor. It really helps during the vacuuming process.

Don’t buy anything but new Dyson…..
Dyson customer service is useless…..No instructions for my V15 in box….Come on Amazon where are my instructions? Update, on second usage the beater bar quit. So it was tested huh????????
