So far so good.The laptop feels reliable for daily use. I usually work with around 25 Chrome tabs open at the same time and it runs smoothly without any issues.The sound quality is acceptable for this version, nothing amazing but good enough for everyday use.Bluetooth works perfectly, no connection drops so far.A big plus is the backlit keyboard, very useful, and the screen really surprised me with its sharpness and contrast.Overall, a solid laptop for daily tasks and multitasking.

The performance and available storage are good, however next time I would buy a different configuration. The configuration of the keyboard is odd. Also, if you’re used to be in charge of your setting, don’t get a Win11 HOME edition. Get a Win11 Pro edition. It will save you a lot of agony in the long run.

would never buy another laptop but dell. while people may be enticed by cheaper prices for brands like ASUS, everything you need is included with a dell – no additional software… and moving from one laptop to another, troubleshooting performance, recovery… everything is super easy.

For the price of this laptop, I am quite disappointed with the battery life. When it is fully charged, it only lasts a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Because I am studying for an exam, I need to use it for extended periods, but it constantly has to remain plugged in.The second issue I have, especially considering the price, is the weight. It is extremely heavy, which makes it inconvenient to carry around and adds to my disappointment overall.

No sound through internal built in speakers!Both Dell and Microsoft could not fix even with remote access to computer. 6 hours later both companies suggested that maybe there were no speakers installed in laptop!Returned laptop.
