Great quality and nice features and options
What can I say. It’s a microwave and it works as it should, but one of my favorite features is that you can change the volume of the beeps and noises. I wake up earlier than the rest of the family, so having these quieter alerts makes it nice so I don’t have to wake up the rest of the house cooking my breakfast. It fits exactly where the old one used to and was easy to install with the help of one other person to hold it in place for mounting. The interior is very easy to clean.I sometimes use different power levels other than just full blast, and the way to adjust the power levels is a little different than what I was used to, but after I figured it out it was an easy adjustment for me. The LED interior light makes it nice and bright inside, and overall a great value for the features that are included.

It turned on, ran, and heated water NO CHARCOAL FILTER
Install bracket is more flimsy than my ancient ge model that failed. No charcoal filter installed. But better than nothing and was available with in a week.Gasland support inept when referring to product manuals or which product you actually purchased. Says sorry no charcoal filter, and not available, no part number given after two requests and to please vent outside! Stick with GE or others that support their products. I will fashion a charcoal filter!Update: the touch display wearing out very we quickly. Start, timer, Stop all delaminatedUpdate 2: it go so irritating I used a toothpick to assist peeling the rest of the plastic film off the keypad. Still works and looks better. May of been protective film meant to be removed but wasn’t mentioned in the install instructions. I have had bad luck in the past with some appliances taking off what looks to be shipping film but isn’t! This one is better without it.

It lasted 1 year and 11 days!
UPDATE: The manufacturer support was friendly and did refund the full amount because it was only 11 days out of warranty after I told them I didn’t want to reinstall a full replacement unit. Still wouldn’t go with this brand again. See original review below.The fan is loud, but otherwise this worked great for about a year. 1 year and 11 days after we bought it the handle broke off from normal use. Luckily I saw another review where someone got these removable handles for showers and we got a set ourselves and it works fine (see picture). I reached out to the company and they can’t replace the handle or door, but offered to replace the microwave for free in black (the silver is out of stock) or we could wait a few months for a silver one to be back in stock… but we decided it’s not worth the pain of reinstalling it for a unit that’s only going to last a year or so, so we’re just sticking with the ugly handle. If they offered a handle or a door replacement so it wasn’t such a pain or so wasteful I’d move this up to 2 stars, but they’re not able to do that, which is just wasteful, and a pain for customers since they’re a bit of work to install.

Excellent microwave with separate shelf above turntable.Certainly put a smile on my wife’s face.

Garbage lasted a few weeks and quit heating. Got full refund but the time it took to install I’ll never get back
