Arrived early and not damaged!
Just got it a few days ago and it is not scratched or damaged. We had to wait to get the old one out to the garage and now we are letting it settle for at least 24 hours before we plug it in and set the temperature. Nice size and so far, looks good. I will update once we see how it works, and will give updates periodically after that first report.UPDATE 07/31/24: We are very happy with this purchase so far. Keeps everything extremely cold at mid setting, 4, and is whisper quiet. All I hear is a few clicks at night and mostly don’t notice that. It is in a bedroom and the the unit is at room temperature of around 72 to 77 degrees. TIP: here on amazon you can buy surge protectors for refrigerators and we are glad we placed one on this unit (Refrigmatic WS-36300). You do not need the heavier duty one for much larger refridgerators. Read to be sure that you buy one that has a 30 second/3 minute delay feature to insure that the power level has stabilized after a surge or a brown out, and the delay function will be indicated with a yellow indicator light that indicates it is on delay. The panel of lights will help you know the status. Carefully install the surge protector as per the instructions. It is the height of summer and we here in north Texas have been dealing with that issue even when the weather has been fair. It provides an abundance of security with our erratic weather.NOTE: We bought this stand: PATIKIL Mini Fridge Stand, 4 Strong Feet Laundry Stand Base Multi-Functional Adjustable Base Tray Anti-Vibration for Refrigerator Washing Machine Dryer Dishwasher AC, 11.4″-12.6″ Height @ $59. We also placed this rubber pad, under the stand, to catch any possible excess moisture that is thrown off by the operation of the unit: Mini Fridge Silicone Mat with Raised Edge – 24”x24”x0.8” – Mini Fridge Drip Tray – Prevent Water Leakage and Floor Damage from Elecrical Equipment Such as Mini Fridge, Wine Cabinet – Easy to Clean @$20.99.Both are sturdy and the stand is easy to assemble (but ignore the measuring tape and use your own as the measures on the tape are in error; use your own tape LOL. The stand also had the proper number of screws with decent directions, it is very adjustable in height, and holds up great. The pad at 24″ x 24″ is the perfect size for the base of the refrigerator. If the pad is out of stock, there are others on here of the same size that should do just fine.

Good for a Small Household
Smaller than what I had imagined, but just the right size for two people. Working great so far, freezer doing great, and I do enjoy the extra space in the kitchen. I think I might build a stand for it, tho, we’re tall here and don’t like having to bend over to get food off the shelves. At six feet, I think if I raise it about a foot it will be just right. If you’re short, don’t do this.

Black & Decker refrigerator – Don’t Get One!!
When I first saw this unit in person, I was put off by the crudeness of the temperature controls. The temperature control for the refrigerator has only three settings, which it cycles through with the push of a button. The temperature control for the freezer (also in the refrigerator compartment,) consists of a vent with a sliding cover. So I set both controls to the medium (recommended) setting, and waited for it to get cold. It didn’t. Barely got cool. So I set everything to the “coldest” setting, and the refrigerator got cool enough to keep the milk, but the freezer never got cold enough to make the ice cream hard. And Black & Decker won’t let me talk to a technician about it. So, if you need a refrigerator that gets COLD, don’t buy a Black & Decker.

good unit. terrible product support from all
great fridge for price. taking longer than expected to initially cool box and freezer. instructions to connect water line to unit not in manual, almost impossible to get help thru amazon or some referred internet expert that wanted $5 then charged $40 “fully refundable” bs! finally got to blk &dec support and waited 15 minutes twice, got diverted, then put on hold twice finally hung up while waiting another15 min. I finally saw on-line that the connection was for a compression fitting(not included) but still lacked instructions on where and what to remove. I should have bought the Kenmore
