Although my original order for the outdoor sets was unfortunately lost in transit, I was very impressed with the seller’s support. As soon as I reported the issue, they processed a full refund without any hassle.This kind of customer service gives me a lot of confidence in the brand. After a long time wait, I only got part of the order- Armchairs. I try to use them, even box is damaged during the transportation . Assembly was straightforward, and the materials used are of high quality, ensuring longevity. If you’re looking for a blend of style, comfort, and durability. The sofa is very easy to install and of excellent quality. It is sturdy and durable. I like its color and style very much. It is very comfortable to lie on. It is a good choice whether placed indoors or outdoors.

Love it! Really great quality. Wasn’t the easiest to put together but once everything was done, it was all worth it. Fusions are very comfortable and have zippers so when it rains you can open and let them air out in the sun. Very sturdy and perfect size for my patio.

One of my favorite purchases on Amazon.They’re easy to assemble. The cushions hold their shape well. Definitely worth the money!Delivery was fast. There was an issue with the delivery (the three-seat sofa was delivered in the wrong color), but the seller resolved it very quickly. I’m very happy with the purchase!

Very comfortable nice looking furniture!!
I was looking for a new set of outdoor furniture as a mothers day gift for my wife to replace what we had which was getting old and I’ve been rained on too many times up here at the PNW, I found this on Amazon, it had excellent reviews and I chose the 7 piece charcoal and brown, my wife was thrilled with it, more than pleased! The seat cushions are thick and comfortable as advertised, it took about 15 minutes a piece to assemble the chairs about 20 minutes for the two piece sofa in about 30 or 40 minutes for the 3 piece couch, the only minor complaint to any of it is that there’s nothing to keep the back cushions upright, although I’m going to use some Velcro fabric to take care of that problem. I did bring that concern to them via email and the responded back and said they’re gonna send that to their engineering team. it also comes with a three-year warranty from the manufacturer itself all you have to do is email them your Amazon order number. Their customer service was par excellence!! I would more than highly recommend their furniture!!

Fabulous! Everyone loves this set. I’ve had it 5 months and use it daily. Very easy to assemble. Very nice thick cushions that are maintaining their shape. Very sturdy yet light and easy to move by myself. I bought seat cushion covers to keep dog prints off it, although it’s easy to unzip and wash the cushion covers. Friends love it so much they bought their own set. 5+ stars!!
