I ordered this because I am curator of Smeg appliances. To me, they are little (and big) works of art to be featured and, yes, curated. And, this mini-refrigerator is exactly what I expected … but so much more! When I plucked the box over the top and then removed the fabric bag (yes, a fabric bag!), I was instantly smitten. Shiny, retro, and absolutely perfect. I placed it in our sitting room and it just became one more little work of art in the room! So cute! Now, it was a little wobbly at first: but, this is expected. You just spin the “foot” until it touches the floor. Perfect!The interior can allow for an elite collection of imported waters or sparkling beverages. But, it could just as easily be used for a cosmetics refrigerator! Put your best rose-quartz gua sha in here, your favorite jade roller, your most coveted eye masks, etc. So, there are many ways to make this Smeg precisely as special as it really is!I absolutely adore the color, the size, and how well this works. It’s a total attention grabber, but it’s also completely functional. The temperature is adjustable, the door seals perfectly, and I barely notice when it’s running. (No weird noises … unlike my glass-front cosmetics fridge which is a series of clicks and revs … since day one!),This is worth every dollar. It’s beautiful and is functional! I am totally wild for it!
